The Cornish cross is a breast heavy chicken with lots of white meat.
Particularly suited to roasting, stewing, marinating, smoking, barbecue, etc. These birds are great at absorbing flavors of your herbs and spices; if using a pressure cooker or Instapot go from frozen to done in about an hour!
